"I have been a loyal State Farm customer and overall I like this office, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. I previously insured two vehicles with full coverage. After my daughter sold her car and purchased a new one, I contacted the office to request updated information. Unfortunately, one representative, Serenity, consistently failed to follow up. Each time I was told “I’ll call you back,” no return call was made. When I eventually received a text with a significantly higher premium, there was no explanation provided. After asking for clarification and adjustments, I was again told someone would get back to me — which did not happen. When I followed up politely after several days, I was advised to “shop around with another insurance company,” which I found unprofessional and discouraging. I value State Farm and do not wish to leave the company, but I do expect clear communication, follow-through, and professional customer service. I hope management reviews this concern, as I would prefer to continue doing business with State Farm at a location where customer care is a priority."
